Orders and payment
Checkout is handled securely using Stripe. Doodles & Scribble does not need to receive or store your full card number. Your order confirmation is the best place to check the products, delivery address and amount paid.
Production and delivery
Many products are produced after you order, then handed to a carrier. See Shipping & Delivery for production, tracking and delivery information.
Returns and cancellations
Standard catalogue items bought online normally carry the consumer cancellation rights explained on our Returns & Order Issues page. Genuinely personalised or customer-specification goods are treated differently. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain protected by your statutory rights.
Size and fit
Different garments can fit differently even where the size label looks the same. Use the product-specific measurements where available and see our Size Guide.
Tracking an order
Go to Track Order and enter the order reference and the same email address used at checkout. No customer password is required.
